The Dürnsteiner Kellerberg is arguably one of the most famous vineyards in the Wachau region. It not only shapes the landscape of Dürnstein but also forms the basis for particularly intense and minerally wines. The sandy, barren soil is characterized by weathered gneiss, the parent rock of this vineyard.

Wine: This refreshing Grüner Veltliner captivates the palate with its spicy aroma, accompanied by delicate citrus nuances. On the palate, it combines juicy, sweet honeydew melon with overripe passion fruit, which are enhanced by delicate yeast notes for a wonderfully harmonious finish.

Food recommendation: A perfect accompaniment to local cuisine, baked goods, spicy fish dishes, but also to Far Eastern dishes.
