For this reason, we consciously strive to distance ourselves from the industrialization of wine by offering an authentic product. We practice viticulture and winemaking as a joyful craft, one that presents a new challenge every year. This allows us to let fashions and buzzwords pass us by and continue to produce a wine that reflects the soil, the climate, and the people who produce it.

The juice of the best grapes is spontaneously fermented in wooden barrels and left on the fine lees until bottling. With the "untouched" line, we deliberately want to evoke the "original winemaking craftsmanship."
